Radar Properties

Each radar placed on the map has properties that can be edited:

Name: The name you have chosen for the radar.

Font Size: This controls the size of the text that is displayed when labels are shown. The drop down allows for a font size between 10 and 20 points, with 20 being the default size.

Conservative: The Conservative option uses a lower range for person and vehicle detection and is not selected by default. This is a useful feature to enable if the radar will be placed in a location with obstructions such as trees and long grass.

Vehicle Detection: This option will detect vehicles as well as people. If disabled it will only detect people.

Hidden: This option will completely hide the radar on the map and will also not be used when tracing the detection.

Radar Colour: This option displays a colour picker that will allow you to choose the colour of the radar area. By default it is blue.

Display Label: This controls if the label is displayed on the map. By default it is selected.

Model: This is the only field which is not editable, and displays which model was selected when the radar was created.

Radar Height: The height where the radar is placed.

Radar Height Coverage: This option shows areas which are too high, in red, and which are too low in yellow - based on Google's elevation data. It can be enabled by selecting the tick box and updates once you have selected Save.
