Introduction

Regular maintenance updates are provided for the latest, supported versions of the ClearWay™ and AdvanceGuard® software applications. In instances where we are supporting previous versions of the products, updates will only be made available as and when required in response to a bug or a security vulnerability.

Maintenance Release Schedule

• The minimum number of releases per year will be one per quarter.

• The target release date will be the month ending each calendar quarter:

  • March, June, September, December

• There will be other releases between these dates because new features and integrations will be required to support new customers and projects.

• Contracted engineering work will also result in new releases and these will be made available on a time table agreed with the customer.
