IMPORTANT: The Ethernet protective cover must always be fitted if the Ethernet cable is not in place to ensure the integrity of the unit.

For customer-assembled network connection cables, ensure that the manufacturer’s guidelines are followed - the gland part of the connector component should be tightened to 3.5Nm (30 in.lb) to create a watertight seal against the cable sheath without causing crush damage.
