Minimal Handshaking Procedure

Introduction

In order for a client to start receiving raw radar data it is recommended that a client performs a basic handshaking procedure. This involves receiving the radar configuration, using the information to configure the client software appropriately and then requesting the start of the FFT Data. It is possible to request FFT Data before receiving a configuration message, however this would require the client to be configured manually so it can correctly interpret the radar data and therefore is not recommended.
