Fixed null reference issue when playing back a CPR recording that had been converted to a Colossus file
Fixed issue with threading causing some packets to send in the wrong order
Added filechecker option to check for blocks of contiguous zero fft data

Fixed major timestamp issue, where recording elapsed time would reset after each 7 minute, 9 second period. This change will not break previously recorded data
Improved the playback error handling
Changed bin size in config print out to be in metres
Changed max recording size (-m flag) to allow recording size input in MB

Added print of recording start time, end time, and duration to filechecker
Added check of message length and valid message type in filechecker

Added option to change the playback speed by supplying a decimal value
Added option to start the playback from an offset in seconds
Added ability to playback files which have been renamed
At the start of record/playback/filechecking, you now get the radar serial, model and basic radar configuration printed on screen
Added a "filechecker" option. Which quickly checks the .colraw binary file for any missing FFT data
Added ability to check for missed FFT while recording, so you know immediately if the file gets corrupt
