Download the exe file above; open a windows command prompt, and navigate to the location of the executable.
Enter the command as shown below (exchanging the IP address in the example for the address of the unit you have, and ensure that the required numeric values of range-gain and range-offset are applied.

The expected output from the tool when applying these changes is shown below:
