Toubleshooting - CTS v2
If problems are encountered following the maintenance/service procedure, please work through the following fault finding items:
Radar scanner not physically rotating during inspection
Check power supply and cabling to radar.
No IP connectivity
Confirm that the failure is not due to some external influence:
Has there been a recent collision in the vicinity?
Is the mounting post or surrounding crash barrier damaged?
Is the radar covered over either maliciously or inadvertently?
Follow the procedures outlined in the section 3.1 - Preparing and connecting your computer
Radar Packet Rate low
Confirm with wider network support for known network issues.
