Starting the Software
Starting Navtech Services
Once the services are installed on a server they will always start when the server is started. You can confirm if the services are running by looking in the Windows Service Control Manager.
The services you installed on each server should show in the list and their status should be listed as Running. If they are not running then you should select the service and start it.
The management servers should be started first. All other services connect to the management servers before they start therefore they will remain inactive until the management servers come online.
Starting the Witness Client
On the PC where the client has been installed there should a shortcut on the desktop entitled Witness ClearWay™/AdvanceGuard®. Select this to open the user interface. Once the application has started you will be prompted to log in.
