Alto-OS Operating System for Wombat EPU

Alto-OS is the operating system for use on the Wombat EPU devices.
Alto-OS is primarily a platform for running a set of Docker containers in which contain the AG edge processing programs.
Two versions are built, one for the AMD Ryzen based Wombat hardware device and the other intended to run under a Hyper-V hypervisor.

To speed up the building of the main Alto-OS images, the toolchain is built from source first. This is then copied into the Alto-OS build tree and used to compile the OS packages and Kernel.
