Version 3.19.0 Build 1037 - 24 January 2019
Fixes:
WIT-2970 - Fixed speed rule to avoid all alarms being cleared for a specific rule if one section went into queue
Speed Rule (SVD and Debris)
Prior to build 1037 any section going into queue with a stopped vehicle present would have cleared the same alarm for ALL sections. So the previous logic would have suppressed alarms or cleared them quicker. This would have manifested itself as alarms activating and deactivating in a short period of time (i.e. less than the alarm timeout period). The fix will now leave alarms active for a given rule in all sections until they timeout because there are no more tracks breaking the rule. This should not make any noticeable change although the old logic may have been more aggressive at suppressing unwanted alarms, but on the flip side it tried to suppress genuine alarms.

.NET Framework Requirement Change
