New Features
WIT-2735 - Added ability to silence health and system alarms whilst alarm remains active
WIT-2685 - Added new carriageway profile manager. This enables operators to easily apply predefined carriageway configurations
WIT-2733 - Added ability for an administrator to prevent a supervisor editing objects or rules
WIT-2690 - Added a scale bar to the PPI to represent a suitable range based on the zoom

Fixes
Fixed major restart issue with Bloodhound. In short rapid disconnects, the plugin was not restarting cleanly and was never reconnecting to the tracker process. (Major impact on virtualised systems)
Fixed classification type on rules not being set to All by default
Fixed error handling with ONVIF cameras
Fixed issue with track tag updating incorrectly when using Multi Sensor Correlation
