Introduction
Site Configuration is the second step in a Quick Setup. Whilst it mostly consists of naming aspects of the project for future reference, the key section of site configuration is inputting the correct location for the designated origin of the site. In order to calibrate the site to its mapping, the origin's latitude and longitude must be accurately and precisely calculated, e.g. to seven decimal places.

Site Configuration Wizard
This is the pop up box which will first appear once correctly logged on. The wizard requires all of the options to be configured, but they can be edited at a later date using the Config Function.
Configuration Options:
Site Name: Name of area under surveillance.
Customer Name: Name of client, client business etc.
Customer Reference: A suitable name or number unique to this project, e.g. CRN0001
Integrator Name: Name of person/company setting up the site, typically the system integrator.
Latitude and Longitude: The location of the site's origin. The origin is an arbitrary point within the site that can be identified on a map e.g. a building, stationary construction, signage. Once you have chosen an origin, it functions as a point of location reference for all other objects identified on the site.
