If problems are encountered following the maintenance/service procedure, please work through the following fault finding items:

Radar scanner not physically rotating during inspection

  • Check power supply and cabling to radar.

No IP connectivity

  • Confirm that the failure is not due to some external influence:
    • Has there been a recent collision in the vicinity?
    • Is the mounting post or surrounding crash barrier damaged?
    • Is the radar covered over either maliciously or inadvertently?
    • Follow the procedures outlined in the section Preparing a computer.

Radar Packet Rate low

    • Confirm with wider network support for known network issues.
