If problems are encountered following the maintenance/service procedure, please work through the following fault finding items:
Radar scanner not physically rotating during inspection
- Check power supply and cabling to radar.
No IP connectivity
- Confirm that the failure is not due to some external influence:
- Has there been a recent collision in the vicinity?
- Is the mounting post or surrounding crash barrier damaged?
- Is the radar covered over either maliciously or inadvertently?
- Follow the procedures outlined in the section Preparing a computer. 3.1 - Preparing and connecting your computer
Radar Packet Rate low
- Confirm with wider network support for known network issues.
