Displaying a Background Image or Map
Adding, configuring and viewing the active elements of the system are made considerably more straightforward if you can view a scaled image of the area in the background. You can use a map, aerial photo, scaled diagram or an integrated mapping service of the area as your background. Aerial photos are the most useful for the initial configuration stage.
There are two types of background images; Static or Dynamic.
Static Background Image
Please refer to this documentation: Adding a Background Image for instructions when using a static image like a map, aerial photo or a scaled diagram.
Dynamic Background Image
Please view these instructions: Displaying a Map when using an integrated mapping service as your background.

Drawing a Carriageway
Enable the Configuration Mode, then select Carriageways from the Configuration Tree. Select New from the Configuration Panel; this will open a list of new feature options. Select Carriageway.
The Carriageway Wizard window will appear, labelled as Create and Draw New Carriageway. Drag this window to one side, and the plumb line for your carriageway should be visible: a white horizontal line, with three nodal points.
You must now use the nodes of theplumb line in order to plot your carriageway - https://navtechradar.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TUN/pages/206602339/Creating+and+Editing+Entities#Plum-Line. The Open Street Map gives a visual guide to the position of the carriageway, but if your radar are live, they should also be transmitting visual data. Use a combination of the Open Street Mapand the visual data from the radar in order to accurately plot your carriageway.
