A camera will return to follow targets if there any breaking rules or return to its home position after a manual move. Both options will happen after the dwell timeout which is configurable on the camera settings in the main application.
If no camera is selected, then the Camera Controller will select the most suitable camera to view the selected location. This will depend on a number of factors including range, configured camera areas and availability. If a camera is selected then this will be the camera that is used to view the selected location.
