Fixes
TUN-3984 - Ensured the camera sector height selection is cleared on save or cancel
TUN-4015 - Fixed an issue when a camera viewer is deleted and the viewer drop down on the Camera Info Panel is not updated.
TUN-4041 - Fixed an issue with Debris channel alarms which were assigning an incorrect radar User Id to the alarm details. This was apparent in the ICD-001 XML output.
TUN-4048 - Fixed multiple duplicated camera lock options appearing on the radial menu.
TUN-4050 - Fixed issue where tracks disappeared and reappeared periodically in the UI (more prevalent in ClearWay).
