ClearWay™ V4.9.x Release Notes

Introduction

These release notes cover ClearWay™ V4.9 and above.

Please note that version 4.9 of ClearWay™ requires a new licence when upgrading from previous 4.x versions. To create the new licence ensure you use the equivalent version of the Licencing Tool.
Please be aware that the licencing tool will try and upgrade the configuration, if after applying the licence the system does not still licence correctly, a new licence configuration will need to be created.

  • Fixed an issue when removing a Management Server and it would not be removed from the System Topology

  • Fixed an issue where the UI restarts due to a connection error and does not honour the language option

Camera Plugins / Drivers
Note that all camera plugins and drivers are installed by default when you select to install the Camera Controller. The option to select the plugins is no longer available in the application installer.

Improvements

  • TUN-3985 - Ensured the ESC key clears the selection of camera height sectors.

Fixes

  • TUN-3984 - Ensured the camera sector height selection is cleared on save or cancel

  • TUN-4015 - Fixed an issue when a camera viewer is deleted and the viewer drop down on the Camera Info Panel is not updated.

  • TUN-4041 - Fixed an issue with Debris channel alarms which were assigning an incorrect radar User Id to the alarm details. This was apparent in the ICD-001 XML output.

  • TUN-4048 - Fixed multiple duplicated camera lock options appearing on the radial menu.

  • TUN-4050 - Fixed issue where tracks disappeared and reappeared periodically in the UI (more prevalent in ClearWay).

  • Fixed an issue with Bosch 7000 & 9000 series cameras where we were sending the wrong command for wiper control.

For the Genetec Plugin improvement, although the plugin will create the alarm entities in Security Center, these alarms still need to be modified for both permissions and associated cameras. Please refer to the Genetec Security Center Plugin for more information.
