Support Contracts / Agreements

Introduction

In addition to the initial warranty that is provided with the goods supplied by us, the following support contracts / agreements are available to our Customers

  • NavCover Hardware

  • NavCover Software

  • NavCover Plus

The initial warranty provisions are detailed in Clauses 21 & 22 of our Terms & Conditions for the supply of Goods and Services. A copy of these T&C’s are included with all our quotations.

NavCover Hardware

NavCover Hardware extends your initial warranty for the hardware goods we’ve supplied to you and covers you for the checks that need to be done in the software afterwards.

NavCover Software

NavCover Software Warranty extends your initial warranty for the software goods we’ve supplied and covers you for looking into the alarms that are raised.

For clarity, it grants customers access to their current version of software, e.g. Witness 4.0, with access to fixes and minor releases updates for that current version. It does not grant customer access to future versions, meaning customers using Witness 4.0 will not get access to the next major release of the Witness application.

NavCover Plus

A NavCover Plus Support agreement is a combination of the NavCover Hardware and NavCover Software agreements.
