Regular maintenance updates are provided for the latest, supported versions of the ClearWay™ and AdvanceGuard® software applications. In instances where we are supporting previous versions of the products, updates will only be made available as and when required in response to a bug or a security vulnerability.
The minimum number of releases per year will be one per quarter.
The target release date will be the month ending each calendar quarter:
March, June, September, December
There will be other releases between these dates because new features and integrations will be required to support new customers and projects.
Contracted engineering work will also result in new releases and these will be made available on a time table agreed with the customer.
