The radar data below was collected from a CIR radar mounted on a 6.2m length vessel. The vessel approached the concrete structure (Bridge pillar) from around 200m out, then looped the pillar 3 times with around a 25m distance between the boat and the structure, then accelerated away back to 200m.

Alongside the raw radar data, GPS data in NMEA format was collected. Camera footage from an onboard GoPro was also collected. Both are provided below.

The radar data below demonstrates how Navtech sensors could be used for positioning against large static structures in GNSS-limited environments such as Offshore Wind Turbines.

Playing back the radar data as a TCP stream is done using using the playback utility.
