Assumptions
The user will have some knowledge of how the SafeGuard™ system works and a basic understanding of the network configuration related to a radar.
The software will be designed to support the current and previous generation of CIR (Vaquita and CIR).
The software will be designed to support CAS radars.
The Radar will communicate with the utility over the local area network.
The application will have no user security or role based permissions.
Configurations options for the application will be global for any given PC. In other words any user accessing the application on a given PC will have access to the same settings as all other users on the same system.
Enabling / disabling the SafeGuard™ system will be done on the radar at the point of manufacture and will be independent of the commissioning tool
