TUN-3969 - Added new Filtered Property check which can check aggregated track property values inside an area. This provides the option of asking “what area has each track covered within alarm zone 1” or “what was that track’s average speed in alarm zone 2”?
TUN-3992 - Added new Break Count link node to provide a unified break count on a group of checks.
The Mobile Server has been replaced with a new technology stack based on .NET Core. This provides a more highly integrated solution and removes the dependency on Node as a separate web server application.
