Adding and Removing Schedules
Add a Schedule
Select the Edit button to put the rule into Edit mode. The Add Schedule button will become active.
Select the Add Schedule button and complete the details for the required event / schedule.
Select Save once complete.
Remove a Schedule
Select the Edit button to put the rule into Edit mode. The Add Schedule and Delete Schedule buttons will become active.
Select the schedule you want to remove the list and select the Delete Schedule button.
Select Save once complete.
Schedule Configuration
Schedule Name: the name of the event you are scheduling.
Description: a description of the event/task.
Begin/End Date: the day the scheduled event(s) will start, and the day they will end.
Start/Finish Time: the time the scheduled event(s) will start, and the time they will end.
Operation:
Inside - the event takes place inside of the scheduled time slot.
Outside - the event takes place outside of the scheduled time slot.
Repeat: whether you want to repeat the scheduled task, and how often.
Once - the schedule will only be active once between the dates and times specified. This is not suitable for long running tasks such as rules.
Daily - the schedule is active daily between the dates and times specified.
Weekly - if this option is selected you must select the relevant days of the weeks. The schedule will be active on these week days between the dates and times specified.
Monthly - if this option is selected you must select the days of the month. The schedule will be active on these days of the month between the dates and times specified.
Enabled: select this to make the schedule active. Disabled schedules will be ignored which is the equivalent of not having a schedule.
