Must be a standalone application (for Windows at first) that can handle the sale, delivery, and support phases of Safeguard without commissioning assistance from Navtech
To be able to install and use the SafeGuard commissioning tool on a standalone Windows device without requiring assistance from Navtech.
Use and deployment of the application should not break or hinder the current Safeguard licensing mechanismÂ
Enable the user to use the application without any issues or concerns about licensing.
