Run SPXRadarView-Lite.exe. The default configuration, contained in the download above, establishes a connection to a radar at 192.168.0.1 which is the as-shipped configuration of all radars.
Once the IP address and port are correctly set and the application establishes connection with the radar, the “Video”and “Turn” indicators will turn green. Shortly afterwards, The main part of the application window will present a live display of raw radar data.
