Disable System Scheduler: This prevents the scheduler from running which means all scheduled jobs are suspended until this this option is cleared. Schedules
Customer Incident Report Logo: This option allows customers to upload their own logo. The file should be no more than 300x200 pixels at 96 dpi resolution. Once saved, the file will be stored in the database and the file name will be displayed in the text box. The new logo will be displayed on the top right of the Incident Report. The logo can also be cleared by the user by clicking the clear icon.
